If you find yourself unhappy with a purchase we encourage you to return the item(s) for an exchange or refund. See our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information. Returns and Exchanges Policy We are very proud of our work and hope that you'll absolutely love everything you purchase from us, however, if you are not completely in love with your pillows, you may return them within 14 days of purchase. We will promptly make an exchange or refund your product charges, excluding shipping, to your credit card. Here's what you do:Care of your Pillows We work very hard to create pillows that are easy to care for because who likes to clean? Anybody? Care instructions will be enclosed with your pillow. We also attach the information to your pillow cover so when you loose the other instructions you'll still have the pillow label. All of the pillow covers can be easily removed for cleaning because we either use a pocket style cover which means the fabric on the back overlaps on each side by about 4 to 6 inches so you can open the cover like you would open an envelope. You then pull out the pillow form and clean the cover as instructed on the label. Some pillow covers are instead closed on one end with a decorative closure like unique snaps, buttons or lacing. Just undo the closure, remove the pillow form and follow the cleaning instructions on the cover label. We don't like to use zippers because they can get stuck too easily. Most of our pillow covers can be thrown in the washer and dryer but do watch for the ones that need dry cleaning or spot cleaning only. If your want to clean and re-fluff your pillow forms every now and then you can do that, too. The label on your pillow cover will also tell you the type of pillow form you have. If your pillow form is made with Polyester Fiber-fill you can toss it in the washer and dryer and then stuff it back in your pillow cover. If your pillow form is Feathers and Down you CAN'T do that! You can re-fluff the Feathers and Down anytime with a little shake. Send it to the Dry Cleaner if you think it needs more cleaning Shipping Policy We make every effort to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that all of our decorator pillows are made-to-order and limited in the number produced so you can have something truly special. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of your unique pillows. Rush orders can often be accommodated but you must contact us first. Please refer to our shipping charges and contact us for special rate information if your order is over $300.00, or outside the 48 contiguous states in the United States of America (sorry Alaska and Hawaii). We advise you of your shipping rate right away and will notify you prior to your shipment if the shipping charges change for any reason. We use FedEx Ground delivery for most deliveries. FedEx will provide you with an email and tracking number once the item is shipped. Delivery is in 3-5 days after shipment. Please contact us right away if your order was damaged and keep all of the packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. |
